One of our CPEAR members heard from some
of the locals around this area, that this house was haunted. Nobody could give any info on what the claims of activity were
in the house, but since it was had been abandoned for over 15+ years, we decided to take a quick look inside and check
the place out. We also couldn't find any info on who owned the property. We did take a look around the property for signs
that said no tresspassing and didn't see any and we parked right out front to let people know we were there.
We didn't stay more than 30 min. The place was very rundown and I don't recommend
anyone going near the place due to it being highly dangerous with all the nails sticking up through th floors and around the
outside, not to mention most of the floors were missing or have fallen through to the floor under them.
In the breif time we were in there, we didn't experience anything. We decided to
leave cause we knew we had made a mistake by going inside and didn't want to risk getting hurt.
Update: A no tresspassing sign has been put up on this property since we checked the
place out.
CPEAR is not a team that believes
in tresspassing and strongly encourges others not to. If it was wrong for us to be here at the time, we do appologize. CPEAR
is also a very professional research team and will admit to their mistakes if they are made. Our team will be more wise before
entering a place like this again even if there are no signs present at the time.
