There are 2 confirmed deaths in the home from natural causes that had occurred in the basement. Basement is not finished at this time, however it used to be. The house is being renovated, which family states renovations have caused increase in activity and they are currently in process of beginning to do complete house renovations inside and are concerned about increase in activity. They have lived in the house approx 4 yrs and experiences had begun pretty immediately. House consists of a husband and wife and the husbands daughter who visits and sleeps over frequently as well as a dog.

Here are some of the reported claims--

Basement - noise from basement of shuffling around, things moving around even when nothing was down there. Wood pile that was in the basement was found one morning scattered around.

Garage - Report in which a hat that was sitting on a shelf came flying across the room past the wife and another person who were standing approx 20 ft away per wife - no windows were near where the hat was resting. Husband was alone with dog in the home - found door to garage and garage door open - thought he left it open. Closed them both, walked away and upon return into room both were found open again.

Front hall/foyer - Dog barks at 2 areas in the hallway area. The clients had a psychic in the home before who stated areas of energy. On interview there was no high EMF levels in the hallway. Wife states will occasionally see shadows moving out of the corner of her eye in that area. The front door opened on its own when neighbor was standing in the home at the door - per clients it was "as if to open the door to let them out"

Kitchen - Wife experienced a presence come up behind her - heard and felt someone come up behind her - she though was her husband or dog and when she turned around no-one was there.

Bathroom - husband was taking a shower and heard movement come into the bathroom - thought the dog pushed his way into the bathroom while he was showering and looked out and dog was not in bathroom

Master bedroom - dog would bark towards ceiling above dresser in corner. One night husband was slapped in the back while in bed - wife stated large handprint to middle of back where he could not reach and she states she did not hit him (thinking about this - I did not ask whether this happened before or after he demanded spirit to leave very rudely in living room.)

Attic - Husband was dealing with christmas decorations in the attic which is used as storage and he felt a grab to his ankle and there was a residual scratch

Living room - Husband was attempting to "rid" home of spirit by yelling and swearing and trying to tell it to leave and his leg was grabbed.

Daughters room - daughter reported at night seeing figure of man in her room standing in front of closet. She had a bouncy horse with springs in her bedroom and one night she got scared saying the man was pushing down on the bouncy horse and she saw the horse moving up and down. She has heard voices in her room. Husband has seen sheets moving on the bed and has heard breathing from behind him in his ear when nobody was behind him.

Clients state that there is running water underground beneath the home. (beneath the whole area per client). The psychic also stated to client that there was a lady and a little girl spirit in the home and a "lumberjack" that was passing through at the time which per clients the psychic came to the home during the time when client was clearing out some of the trees in the back. 

 She has had the home saged and cleansed a few times which she stated has made the home quiet for a little while but then things start back up again. She is planning another saging of the home especially with the beginning of renovations however she is waiting until after our investigations. Goal is to find any answers to what may be occurring there and who may be residing.
