CPEAR members Carrie, Mike, and
Ann-Marie were invited by CTSOULSEEKERS to join an investigation in a residential home in Waterbury, Ct on Saturday September
19th. Activity is reported to have began occurring within the home following the death of a family member
in the home following a lengthy illness. Claims within the apartment included full body apparition, banging of the toilet
seat, phantom smells, hearing whispering, articles of clothing and washclothes being found in locations they initially were
not placed, cold spots, a heavy feeling at times in the atmosphere, as well as feelings of being touched. On
the night of the investigation there was no rain or heavy wind. There were people in an upstairs apt where footsteps and talking
was audible. A surveillance system was set up with cameras in 3 rooms that had claims of frequent activity. EMF detectors,
KII meters, digital voice recorders, and hand held video recorders were used during the investigation. Flour was
placed on a counter in the bathroom to create a slate like effect to allow for any attempts at writing or imprinting into
the flour by any entities within the home. Video/Audio data is being reviewed on this case at this time
and a completed report on this investigation will be posted once all data collected have been thoroughly reviewed. CPEAR wants
